An Easter Prayer

Glorious Risen Lord, we remember how they came up and
took hold of your feet and worshipped you on that first Easter. 
Let us worship you with gladness on this new Easter,
joined by the company of the Easter people.  We worship you with
the joy that we have met you in many places--in the house of prayer,
in our homes, in our callings, and our inner being.  Now may our
worship turn into witness to tell the world that you are alive, and
that you give new life to all who come to you; who lives and reigns
with the Father and the Holy Spirit, now and forever.  Amen.
